Taylor Morrison stopped offering the Lazio II in late August 2026 and announced the Lavello (alongside the Palermo) on August 29, 2026. On paper the two match: 2,306 sq ft, 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a 2-car garage and a $684,999 base price. The floor plans are different. In the Lavello all three bedrooms are en-suite “suites,” where the Lazio II’s bedrooms 2 and 3 (each 12′4″ × 11′4″) shared the right side of the house. The Lavello’s flex room (11′8″ × 13′0″) sits between the kitchen and the third suite instead of on the garage side, where the Lazio II placed its 14′0″ × 11′0″ flex. The standard lanai is shallower — 9′0″ deep versus the Lazio II’s 12′0″ — and the builder draws optional 4-foot and 10-foot garage extensions that the Lazio II plan did not show. The Lazio II’s owner’s suite (15′0″ × 16′0″) and gathering room (18′0″ × 21′0″) were also larger than the Lavello’s primary suite and great room.
